How this marketing site handles the little it collects, and where product privacy actually lives.
This page is a draft. It is not a Privacy Act 2020 notice and must be reviewed by a New Zealand lawyer before a public host goes live.
What this site collects
The marketing pages themselves do not run a server-side form. Google Tag Manager is
included with placeholder container GTM-XXXXXXX (not a live measurement ID).
Replace that placeholder before treating this as a production tag. If you use “Email the
message”, your mail app sends the name, organisation, email and message you typed to
[email protected].
What the product collects
If you later use the SmartDocsPM application, planning cards, Managed Documents and acknowledgments are held for the tenant under MyMuster tenancy rules. Product privacy belongs in the application terms, not this page.
